I will give you simple example. 
 

Sangakkara last played as a wicket keeper specialist bat for Sri Lanka in 2008, that is last decade and not current decade. But here he has been picked as the specialist wicket keeper in the test decade line up.

 

 

BJ Watling is the best keeper of the decade if you are to pick full time keeper who bats well.  He is the enst from this decade in test cricket. 

 

 

 

 

The reason they picked Sanga is he could keep in theory and is far better batsman than Watling.

If you had to pick an ODI team to play for your life, who would you pick, Bumrah or Boult ?

Bumrah is probably the best all format bowler to be honest. Beat in the business.
