Tyagi certainly has the ability to swing the ball both ways (from what I hv seen).    Not sure about his ability to bowl long spell without compromising speed.   That's why test cricket is challenging.

 

 

He won't be able to sustain speeds in long spells  ... because he has played just 2 FC games. 

 

He needs to be used in short spells as the 5th bowler.  Let's say 4 spells of 3 overs each at full pace.

Isnt Tyagi there as net bowler.  Wont they have to add him in the squad to give him debut?  Aren't there any rules?
