Yes, US isn't India's best friend and uses NGO's and western news outlets to **** on India. But, China is a lot worse. A superpower China with it's "Middle Kingdom" view of the world sees India as a vassal and nothing more. If China was in US shoes, China would do 10x worse to India than whatever US has done so far to us. These people don't even understand that China doesn't even have the concept of "allies". Any country that works with China is seen as an inferior nation which must pay tribute to China. True that , although I think there is greater awareness. China has had its share of luck, with the US being its biggest benefactor and abettor for decades. That is now history. 30 years back, Pakistan was far more developed than India. Compared to India, Pakistan looked like a developed country. We know the state of Pakistan now. Time is very very powerful. China neither has demographics on it's side because of it's retarded 1 child policy ( unprecedented in human history ), nor allies, nor creative brains like Israelis. I can bet my house that China's $40 trillion plus debt ( yes it's that bad ) debt will cause the biggest economic collapse in modern history, the more they delay de-leveraging the worse it will be for them. Pakistan had a better GDP per capita than India even in 2006. It's only in the last 15 years, we've overtaken them and in 2-3 years our per capita GDP will be 2x that of them. Yes, once the free lunch from the US and Europe stops for China, it'll be a bloodbath. wc2023 1

But, too many Indians have this fetish for democracy and any attempt to get rid of it will lead to a civil war. India is a cleft and divided society in every dimension. Language, religion you name it. All the superpowers in the history were pretty homogenous. And as the economic progress chimes in, these cracks become even wide. Look at the number of regional and sub-regional political parties. Their numbers now are surely higher than 25 years ago. But the greatest unifying force is Hindutva. The one that RSS and Modi cater to. That is a positive force of unification for us.

The people influenced by CCP propaganda will do this Ignore the IP theft and cyber espionage committed by chinese Give a clean chit to china for Covid Support belt and road initiative and ignore it's impact in bankruptcy of smaller economies Support the genocide of Uighurs and followers of Falun Gong. etc., I merely stated the strengths of the chinese society. There is no evidence to prove that they will be a responsible power. But surely they will be a power. Their rise will stand out like sore-in-behind case for Western Globalist/liberal elite. Buggers lose no opportunity to pontificate on universal application of Western Values.

Again, like some ICFers who commented here, you sound ignorant with a capital I. India & China are 5000 plus year civilizations. A mere 30 years of ultra fast development does not define a "race" or " society" like you ignorantly put. Since you have "written a book" , and have written China's golden destiny in the decades ahead: 1) Why don't you explain the impact of the extraordinary debt of China at 350 % of GDP and growing at 20 % ( to achieve 4-5 % real GDP growth) . What happens to the growth when the debt is severely restricted as China's own economists have warned of a major impending disastrous economic collapse. 2) China forced a 1 child policy that improved house-hold savings dramatically leading to higher savings, which meant higher investment and higher capital accumulation and higher GDP growth. That 1 child policy ( even after withdrawing it ) has reduced fertility to such an extent that the median age of Chinese is about 39 ( as much a the US ) and growing alarmingly, while its per capita GDP is 1/6th of the US. No nation is with such a media age or above grows at more than 3 % sustainably because of the number of retireees and you can check any number of sources to prove otherwise. No forced short cut comes without a price, which people like you don't have the intellect to grasp. 3) As some ICFer here have pointed out - the level of fear and anger amongst local Chinese is extraordinary. If there is such a sense of belonging to "race and culture" as you put it, why is the CCP **** scared to ban google, youtube, twitter and heavy censoring of foreign media outlets ??? That extraordinary censoring is not a sign of a secured "culture and race" as you put it. CCP knows if it lifts the censoring on global connectivity apps, like I mentioned, all hell will break loose. 4) The Taiwanese population by % Han is higher than mainland, and they never want to be part of China. So much for "racial unity " You do not even know the fundamentals of a good intellectual debate. There is no value in responding to your emotional rants. Please be secure in your bubble.

mishra Posted March 24, 2021 Posted March 24, 2021 (edited) Judging by comments here, I think India seriously needs to rethink its education policy as tio what it teaches in history. Just yesterday, my my 12 year daughter had a history homework which was relationship between British Interest and neo-colonialism .off course she struggled to understand the dynamics of neo-colonism but but it wasn’t that difficult once text was simplified to her. And surprise surprise, she isn’t very much against it as it keeps to maintain peace and doesn’t look bad Edited March 24, 2021 by mishra coffee_rules 1
rangeelaraja Posted March 27, 2021 Author Posted March 27, 2021 Excellent video by an insider. With salaries less than 1/6th of US salaries but property prices as much or much higher, high volume of debt driven real estate transactions, 40 % shadow banking - -all the ingredients that one can think of that build a devastating property bubble. This is going to be atleast 10x worse than 2008/9 crisis because things are far worse in China than the numbers indicate and the sheer scale of this ridiculous bubble. Under_Score 1
