True, Tyagi if remains fit can operate in 143-153 range...Sen and Harshit are more or less in 140-150 range (marginally slower)..Umran is ofcourse capable of hitting 155+ (maybe even 160 if he gives extra effort).

but pace alone doesnt work, pace with accuracy required which Harshit has shown today. he does not have much of a jump to speak of and bowling arm comes quite straight over the shoulders, so, more chances of having good accuracy.

Yes, but pace atleast is a basic foundation on which a bowlers skills can be developed.

 

If a bowler has pace and good height, he automatically gets an advantage in comparison to others who are short and low in pace. Once the accuracy develops then it becomes a lethal weapon.

 

Tyagi, Sen, Harshit have pace, skills and good height...Harshit and Sen has accuracy as well, Tyagi will gain that once he plays few matches.

Akash Singh took a good decision of leaving Rajasthan due to their abundance of fast bowlers...UP also has a long list of pacers lead by Ankit Rajpoot and Shivam Mavi...likes of Aaqib, and some Karan Yadav are their first choices.

Saw Umran bowl for J&K in a televised match. He looked totally disinterested and was just going through the motions. So it is not easy to pick him as a default choice by his state team. Plus he is travelling with our white ball team during half their matches. 

 

While Harshit and Tyagi bowl their hearts out when bowling for Delhi and UP respectively. And are available if fit.
