Express bowlers don’t need somebody else to tell them that bowling fast is what defines them. That’s common sense.

Mayank USP is bowling fast he is unnecessarily bowling slower ones… most of his slower ones are dispatched for six. There was time when his slower ones were 141 and now its his fastest delivery.

You can blame the coaches as much as you want. 

It’s common sense. You work in rehab to reach the speeds u touched before while maintaining your lengths. And when you can touch those speeds without breaking down, that’s when u personally declare yourself “ready” or match fit. That’s the first step.
