Strange captaincy by young indian captains in IPL

We has seen some strange captaincy decision from some of our young captains like Pant, Sanju and even Rahul. From Pant not getting Ashwin to complete 4 overs to strange batting order from Samson yesterday. Rahul also has made some strange bowling decision plus i cant understand why Dawid Malan is still on bench considering he did well against India. 

 

Point is these guys are all playing under Kohli and is their style of captaincy a reflection of how Kohli thinks or captains India team which needless to say is odd.

I'm no fan of Virat's captaincy and that's well-known.  But these guys are responsible for their own decisions - has zero to do with Kohli.  

 

And advocating for Malan is also a bit odd because the only guy he can replace is Gayle, and giving Gayle the early games to see what he can do is logical.

It's okay. They will learn through those tactical mistakes. It's good to have younger captains in IPL. That generational transition is needed. Will only help our cricket move forward

Most of these are team decisions taken even before the toss. So management like ponting, Kimble  etc take these decisions 

 

Also these are based on lots of analysis and data crunching and bowlers match ups and very rarely are instinctive

Of they come off, it isn't a problem. That's how it is in most sports anyways
