Yes for Nepal. SL though rajapaksa used us for advantage during civil war and then went with China completely may be we should have loaned money but China gave lot of money and built port.

SL is a tragedy of errors. Its how not to engage a smaller state. I think India will suffer more there, and eventual end is utter ownage of sinhalese they will turn into little puppies before that happens its their nature.
