Still they can survive for one year also depends on where they live less money if they in small city or village. The franchise was kind enough to do it. They dont have any affiliation with these cricketers. They will not give crores to older cricketers.

Unless they are homeless right now (which I believe they are not), extra INR 20,000 per month can make their life way better and that can last them for nearly 3 years.
