Agreed with the superior application.

 

However, Root's captaincy and England's bowling plans in the Lord's test was a definite error on England's part rather than the application and skill of Bumrah and Shami.

 

In this test, England were cruising and Moeen threw his wicket away, England definitely failed to capitalise on favourable batting conditions.

India have shown great application but England have blown some big chances.  India have done similar things at times as well.

Yea flawed because of varats poor selections for middle order. Otherwise india is clearly better.

Their batting is beyond woeful.

 

Our pace attack is our greatest.

 

That's why England is struggling even though we have made a TON of mistakes.

 

If England and Joe had used their brains properly, they would have leading this series 2-0.

 

Or 2-1 (assuming India won the first test).

 

Its like 2018 tour but reverse. India won almost all the crucial moments.

There is sky. There are options. Mayabk did well in middle order. havent tried shaw. Even a pole is better than chewts like tahane.
