bhai these were ODIs. In T20 Asia Cup he didnt do anything spectacular

Yadav did better than him, scored a 34 ball 50 in the only match he played. Ishan kishan scored a 14 ball 20 not out in the only match he played and he is selected for backup keeper spot. Hardik pandya played 1 match and is selected for all rounder spot

 

The players(batsmen) in the series who didnt do better than him are also not selected for t20 squad. Shaw, paddikal, gaikwad, samson, none of them were selected
