Why is it hard to understand Rohit and Virat's role compared to Rahul, Pant, Sky, hardik and Jaddu's role are different. Rohit and Virat are to anchor the innings are others to tonk. Despite being anchor Virat still has an amazing SR.

Despite them being anchor their international s/r is close to 140

And they can change gears , we need a mix of batsman ...u cant have similar kind of players

Rohit hasnt done justice in t20 his ability and he is a slow starter but when he changes gear only few can match him

Does Virat have issues ? sure. Should he be in India's t20 team ? 2nd if not first name to be written when selecting Indian team.

he shud be 1st name , rahul is challenging him for best batsman but kohli has done well in 3 Wcs not just well he was one man army . So Rahul has to match that first

If this happens then England will become favourites :nervous:

For all the plaudits he is receiving for the statement, it ends up putting immense pressure on the batsmen who would be replacing him.

If he has the best interest of his team at heart, do it before the match without all the media briefing. Morgan for all his well spoken behaviour, is actually a pretty shrewd person who knows how to handle to media.

Kohli for all his arrogance, accepts when he is not playing well, contrast that to Morgan who spoke well and articulate during the PC but never spoke about his personal form.

I have my concerns when it comes to his captaincy but Virat as t20 batsman has an amazing strike rate around 140 mark including last 3 years.

I also agree dancing SpongeBob needs to retire

Are you discounting the IPL?

A season and a half of the IPL on the same grounds where the T20 WC is. Apart from an innings or two, his innings or shall I say OUTings were very forgetabble.

See I get your and everyone's point. I am going by his international t20 knocks where he has done well against England and he was okay even in Australia.

My view is some of us fans aren't able to differentiate between Kohli the captain and batsman. Virat the batsman ill defend vigorously, sure may not have those 100s behind him but till he is on crease you know he will take us across the line more often than not.
