Jay Posted November 7, 2021 Posted November 7, 2021 (edited) 1) stop saying sir. Seriously stop stop ****. Stop grovelling. Stop sucking up. Stop being sycophants. 2) seriously. Check yourselves with a psychiatrist or something. This whole seniority culture needs to perish. Enough of that rubbish. If you are skilled and have merit then seniority shouldn't Inhibit your progress. 3) stop worshipping cricketers as some sort of God. Jesus. Allah. Ram. Whatever you pray to. They are human. Just like you. Stop idolising them. Same with instagram models. Stop *ing putting them on a pedestal lmao. They are just human. Address them as a human. 4) play aggressive cricket against everyone not just Aussies, saffers and poms. This is crucial. Change the mentality. You need to be hostile. This is war. Kill or be killed. 5) do not give too much responsibility to one person. We all saw how that turned out under kohli. Select personnel based on performance. Reward merit and hard work. 6) don't let players treat cricket like its a government job. They are getting paid to perform. Have the cojones to drop big name players. 7) sure money matters. I get it. Butts on seats. Big names put butts on seats. Not at the expense of losing in a world tournament however. Sometimes I feel like we love portraying kohli for example as some kind of saviour. I remember pre 2018 all commentators would talk about how dependent we are on kohli. If he doesn't perform we are finished. I feel like they don't want india ro perform as a team as that wouldn't make a special player as popular. If the team functions well as a unit, it would be hard to promote them collectively. Much easier to have a solo stand out player who generates more publicity. 8) work on fitness jeez. World class athletes cannot look out of shape for God sake. Don't be built like a toothpick. 9) analyze opponents for God sake. Why do we have data scientists for? 10) learn to be inventive in batting. Don't be stuck by the book. Create new shots. Be unorthodox. Stop being so rigid. Edited November 7, 2021 by Jay AKane, Suhaan and express bowling 3

They don't want us to dominate but win that odd game as underdogs. Big phoren phaast bowler bowling cannon balls at short Indian batsmen. That batsman may fail 2 or 3 times and then score a century. And then may fail again 3 times. But that century against a bully gives them much more satisfaction than us being the favourites. In short, undergo mentality is rampant. Point 5 I like...great point. They would rather play and "occasionally" win against a bully rather than be the bully themselves. What is wrong with being a bully like a George S. Patton at war or Marco Materrazi in soccer or a Malcom Marshall in cricket? express bowling 1

He is probably 18 or 19, quick for his age but not 150 yet. He should have been playing u19 challengers but wasn't even picked for Vinoo Mankad trophy. Same with Golam Mustafa didn't play Vinoo Mankad or challengers. He probably missed the age cut off date. Edited November 7, 2021 by rkt.india

I remember Saini was making the ball fly similarly in SMA trophy 2-3 years back and was consistently clocked between 145-152k. How quickly the ball flies through to the wk along with the trajectory gives a great idea of pace. I mostly look for that. Edited November 7, 2021 by rkt.india

What I wanted to say was that ... we should encourage our fast bowlers to bowl at their full pace say 70% of the time. ( Some slower spells are inevitable in less important spells in long test series and low key LOIs though ) Mosher and Suhaan 2

Impressive ! Powerful runup and action and the ball is absolutely flying through. He has the action to generate raw pace. The BCCI should make you a scout for unearthing new express bowlers from India. You have both the passion for fast bowling as well as the technical knowhow. The ones being used as scouts lack the passion for quick bowling that fast bowling lovers on ICF have. Mosher and Suhaan 2
Lord Posted November 7, 2021 Posted November 7, 2021 We also need atleast one express bowler in our LOI teams. Umran is a good shot as he's fairly accurate even at that pace. That is so encouraging at such young age Use him like how Aus used Tait express bowling 1
