If you are online, you can make your pick anytime. It is just that the time clock will start only at 4 PM IST and time limit will be 2 hours from then. So, while it is not mandatory to make your pick before 4 PM but if it is your turn and you am online, better to get your turn sorted. Edited January 8, 2022 by Majestic
