IPL Auction: BCCI allows a Drug User to attend the auction. No Propriety?

IPL is first and foremost a sporting event. There is no place for a drug user in this. The sport has to be clean. BCCI shouldn't have allowed.

I too noticed him and was surprised. While I believe that if someone wants do lines that's a matter of personal choice but for the sake of optics, he could have been kept out of the proceedings. Sure, people who make mistakes deserve a second chance but in this case, the incident is quite recent and some more cool off time would have been better.

I'm pretty sure almost 90% of them would be using recreational drugs, including most of the cricketers. Difference is, Aryan was the only one who was caught.

Cricketers undergo regular drug tests. So if they used they would be caught.

Aryan Khan is an accused in a case, rest are not.

He is on bail not pardoned. Typically BCCI should keep hand away distance from such individual even KKR should not promote such practice. It will bring disrepute to their brand as well as bcci.
