If Arshdeep keeps performing , i think this will then be our 5 man pace bowling attack for T20 Wc

Harshal is a proven performer in death overs. You are underrating him. Atleast in conditions which he has played, he has been excellent in death overs. Rest even Deepak Chahar also is unproven in places like Australia.

He had a good IPL 2021 but okay 2022. Biggest issue is he's unreliable. Can go for a lot on a bad day.Deepak is bit better in that but has injury issues.

Overall both equal only.Depends on combination we go with.

He has done better than Deepak Chahar and is more proven too in IPL. Great in IPL 2021 and Good in 2022.

Also, Deepak Chahar is a new bowl bowler and Harshal is a death over bowler. Two different bowlers, they are not competing for same spots.

Bumrah has more bad days in the same period. Even Bhuvi, Siraj, Umran, etc. If anything, he is our most consistent pacer.

yes thats why it'll depend on combo we go for and how we wanna use Bumrah.

Harshal sure has advantage due to games missed by Chahar all this while.

Bumrah and Bhuvi are proven performers. Siraj has been discarded in T20 though I feel he's the best option.

The only question with Harshal is how he will perform outside subcontinent. Otherwise, it is quite obvious that he or Arshdeep will be the third pacer alongwith Bhuvi and Bumrah.

I still won't project it as Harshal vs Chahar here as they are two completely different roles. It was always Chahar vs Bhuvi in my opinion.

For Harshal spot, it was Siraj who could have been a better option had he performed a bit earlier in T20s.

Bhuvi will get carted in death overs. Death overs are the most trickiest phase, you need pressure from both ends. I would have Arshdeep/Harshal pairing Bumrah for final four overs.

:hysterical:

even when he wasnt at his best in IPL this yr, his eco at death was better then many many

At his best did u see him bowl at death ? He is damn good at death

this was bhuvi when he wasnt at his best, since that he has gotten a lot better and by the time we hit Wc he ll be bowling at far better form n fitness .

Bhuvi at his best is a top class t20 bowler

Why didn't he bowled in death overs today? In T20s post this IPL, he has been mostly average in death overs. In Australia, his chances of performing as death overs is pretty low. I would use 3 of his four overs as new bowl bowler mostly and maybe use one in death.

Coz they wanted to try avesh in that tough situation . How does this one game matter when he has performed for so long. U think avesh was used coz captain thought he is some malinga

A captain can use him anywhere as he is an all phase bowler . Deepak chahar shud be used 3-1 coz his death bowling isnt very strong although he doesnt leak runs. Bhuvi at death has been always good just in phase where his fitness went down his yorkers got affected but in few months he ll be even better then now.

Why is his chances low in death overs in australia ?? He cant bowl yorkers or slowers ones dont work in australia or is he a spray gun like umesh??

In ODIs, no.8 batting is important. In T20s, I won't really bother much. Just go with best bowlers - Bhuvi, Arshdeep, Bumrah and Pandya. Harshal as backup for Arshdeep and D Chahar as backup for Bhuvi.

In spin department, I would like to see Kuldeep for a series.
