If their seamdrs are indeed better, then their spinners are miles better than ours. 10 hours ago, Nikhil_cric said: Once again, folks are going after our pacers. But pacers were better than Pakistani pacers despite being slower . They could have cut down on the wides probably but it's not an easy pitch to bowl seam . We are losing it in the spin department. On that pitch, the spinners had to win it for us. Nawaz and Shadab were very good again. We lost momentum when they came on. Bishnoi was decent but Chahal getting smacked by Nawaz swung the momentum. 10 hours ago, VT87 said: No there pacers are far better than us .all quicks are bowling at high 140’s and even Rauf was bowling constantly at 150 kph.that was our top 3 who stood against those quicks ,batting against at that pace is not easy as looks like. yes Their pacers - 12 overs - 121 runs 3 wkts Our pacers 11.5 overs - 110 run 3 wkts Their spinners 8 overs - 56 runs 3 wkts our spinners 8 overs - 67 runs 2 wkts
the don Posted September 4, 2022 Posted September 4, 2022 Arshdeep is a clever bowler like Rumman Raees.
SanjayITSupport Posted September 4, 2022 Posted September 4, 2022 The drop catch was the difference, big impact on the match
kubrickian Posted September 4, 2022 Posted September 4, 2022 I dont understand how Indian tailenders dont even seem to have a minimum batting ability, or at least ability to slog some fours and sixes. Its very typical to see Aussie or SA tailenders at least hit some crucial runs, but in Indian team, its as if bowlers are allergic to hold the bat. Often in close games, these runs make the difference between win and loss.

Also, bishnoi and Nawaz were pretty much equal. Chahal is underperforming severely. He has to bowl gogglies mainly on that offstump line to left handers. His leg break got smashed by moeen in england as well. Shadab is bowling superbly and that is where we are losing out. Also, despite the comical fielding by Fakhar , Pakistan's overall fielding was given a positive impact of +7 runs by Cricviz whereas India had a net impact of 0 I.e. an average fielding performance. These are the areas we are losing and people are still focusing on the pace attack. Ankit_sharma03 1

Our pacers wer containing since start and their pacers were attacking stump so many play and miss even though our top order belted. Due to their pacers our mo got rattled and thrown it against spinners. Bhuvi conceded 19 runs when we really needed him to shine in 19th overs where as Rauf conceded just 2 runs to set Kohli on first 4 balls of last overs if it's not for FZ ghatiya fielding he would have conceded just 4 runs in 20 th over. Don't combine Bhuvi with Arshdeep Bhuvi was damn pathetic and needed to call out. That's how stats full you Rauf and Bhuvi looks like same in terms of stats in last match. But one of them lost the match by conceding 19 in death and other gave just 10 runs inspite of 2 halwa fielding missed boundary.

Pace Bowling must be severely criticized as they were not facing traditional fast bowling bashers in SA Aus ENG... These are freakin Pakistani & Rizwan was playing all his shots on the leg.... Even from way outside off stump. Lack of pace of Indian bowlers enabled him to do that
Nikhil_cric Posted November 6, 2022 Author Posted November 6, 2022 Once again, poor play against spin. This will cost us. Also our lack of quality spinners. This is where we keep losing.
Nikhil_cric Posted November 6, 2022 Author Posted November 6, 2022 And now Ashwin gets smashed. Even minnow spinners are better than this guy in T20s. This guy should be forcibly retired.
