deepdynamo
After two previous versions - IPL 2021 Deadwood and IPL 2022 Deadwood , the latest version is back. From the 2022 version the likes of Karn Sharma, Sheldon Jackson, Robin Uthappa, Karun Nair, Shreyas Gopal, Nadeem, Aaron and Gurkreet Mann have been discarded permanently. But there are few usual suspects as below who are back based on past laurels or connections. CSK: MS Dhoni, Ambati Rayudu, Ajinkya Rahane, Shivam Dubey DC:Manish Pandey, Ishant Sharma GT:W Saha, Vijay Shankar, Mohit Sharma, Jayant Yadav KKR:Mandeep Singh LSG:K Gowtham, Amit Mishra, Manan Vohra MI:Piyush Chawla PK:Rishi Dhawan RR: None RCB:Sid Kaul SRH: None Link to comment
deepdynamo
Here is a list of players who are not good enough ( in my personal opinion) and can be a member of deadwoods in coming years. Tushar Deshpande Shivam Dubey Khaleel Ahmed Nagarkoti Murugun Ashwin Navdeep Saini Boobie ( I dare say) Link to comment
deepdynamo
Two players who have proved the deadwood wrong - Deepak Hooda and Jaydev Unadkat- Both recalled to Team India. Link to comment

Seems a mental midget. Nagarkoti - its been 4 IPL season and 4 Domestic season but he seems to be forever injured and didn't impress anybody in IPL. nevada 1 Link to comment

But we have seen him in T20I and know very well he is one trick leg side hack and a slow trundler. Very low ceiling even in IPL. Chakdephatte 1 Link to comment

Khaleel isn't a deadwood as his stats suggest and Nagarkoti doesn't get ample opportunities to be termed deadwood Link to comment

Don't know how he can survive IPL without playing any cricket for the whole year. If he don't get any games for DC, he will be deadwood in no time. Chakdephatte 1 Link to comment

He was a deadwood but tuned it around last two season. What I like about him that he doesn't shy away from doing hard toils in Ranji when he could have easily ditched long format and become a T20 Freeloader. Link to comment

Biggest deadwood in IPL. Link to comment
