If we keep losing the toss and batting last - we may not be that lucky all the time. 
 

Batting first is a massive bonus on these pitches.

I have said many times, these 3 day games are a treat, every session is action packed.

 

Funnily enough the most action is going to take place before the game with India's team selection.

Exactly. Toss is HUGE on a lot of these pitches. You literally are atleast 200 runs ahead just by winning the toss and batting first.  
 

We played well after chasing in the 2 tests, I think we may be on the receiving end if we don’t bat first this time. 
 

why ? Law of averages are heavily against us. Smith and Labu are too good not to put up one big 1st innings score. ash, Axar and Jaddu will not always save our backside with the bat. 
 

Chasing with our batting if Aussies put up 350 plus in the first innings - a lost battle.
