That is what they are trying. But ENgland has bowlers who can bowl a peach out of nowhere. They will still bank on that. Smith is a wily customer. So it is going to be a great battle. Pitch has absolutely nothing for any bowler. As it is they are trundling. THey try to create imaginary pressure.

India certainly needs to change their bowling coach. The discipline you see here was nowhere to be seen. With extra pace India should have been bossing the game on day 1.

Exactly why unadkutta would have been useful in the wtc final. Height. Indians are lacking height ever since ishant retired or was made to retire. We have everything else covered but you need variation to be a complete attack. With bumrah shami and ishant it was a dangerous trio. Hence we were lethal. Shami now is old. Ishant retired. We have some very talented youngsters Like tyagi and Sen. Need fresh kegs now. I would say pace bowlers should be shafted every 5-7 years unless they are exceptionally fit.

We have been poor ever since bharat arun retired. So much corruption in India. We were lethal under arun. Ever since Mambray came into the fray, we have struggled to find proper replacements. We don't bowl to a plan either. Shameless worthless guy paras is.

Australia is the most boring team to watch bat. People pujara is boring. Believe me, Australia is worse. 

 

In India, for the fourth test they had the chance to accelerate and push for a win by scoring quickly. They played the most boring cricket I have seen in a long time. Hence the draw

Same tricks were used against India. Australia too did that against India in the wtc final. Maybe India should learn these new tricks.
