Duke balls are not the same anymore. Poor quality control. When India bowled in West Indies with Duke ball they changed the ball 5 times in such a short period.

Current ENgland should beat us comfortably. Root's England was losing even in West Indies. Even against Aussies some tactical errors cost thme more than Australia's brilliance. Once wood and woakes joined them their unit looks completely different. It is a mistake that England did not play them in the first 2 tests

England's the most boring place to watch test cricket. Friggin Darren Stevens was taking bucketloads of wickets in county.  A host of 80 mph bowlers landing it on a length relentlessly and looking like a million dollars is just meh. Give me flat/spinning/bouncy wickets any day over this trash.

Clearly  England has outbowled Australia

That is more an reflection on how poor Australian batting has been this series than great bowling from England.

 

Aussies batsmen have nothing to complain, this series has been played on flat grassless wickets for most part.

Same thoughts. Root cannot be typecast. He tries different things for different batsmen. Ofcourse tendulkar had much tougher skill in his repertoire. Outswing, leg spin, googly.

How can you say that when they couldn't even literally see Wood's deliveries and got flattened.

 You are talking about Australia from the 2000s.Apart from Mitch Marsh nobody had clue against WOod in third test. Perth grown Marsh was the only one who could handle the pace. Smith was late almost by a second when he walked across against Wood
