Frustrated Posted June 20, 2023 Posted June 20, 2023 Head IN. His knock will decide the fate of this test.
vvvslaxman Posted June 20, 2023 Posted June 20, 2023 Just now, Norman said: I think even our tail can hold their forte against these English seamers with their dobbly 130 KPH length balls. That is exactly why Australia are going to walk their way to this target. Cummins, Lyon and Hazlewood alone are capable of scoring 50 between them. Don't bet on that. England b owlers are highly skilled in setting up batsmen. You need to be shock them to do well. Pant successfully did at the oval. And another guy who did well was Tom Blundell. Daryl Mitchell was also highly proactive when he was here. Just t hat others went missing.
vvvslaxman Posted June 20, 2023 Posted June 20, 2023 Punter is taking a dig at how much time India to take before using bouncers against Head.
vvvslaxman Posted June 20, 2023 Posted June 20, 2023 Would you believe it. New batmsan. overcast conditions. No SLIP !!!
vvvslaxman Posted June 20, 2023 Posted June 20, 2023 Broad is not a bouncer specialist. He still bowls anyway. Each fast bowlers has to have atleast 2 or 3 skills in their armory. Cannot have separate bowler for separate skills
vvvslaxman Posted June 20, 2023 Posted June 20, 2023 Khawaja's average against over the wicket ball is very poor. 18 or something.
putrevus Posted June 20, 2023 Posted June 20, 2023 (edited) Indian bowlers had no business of leaking 469 runs in the first innings to Australia in much more Overcast conditions along with much more helpful pitch. Edited June 20, 2023 by putrevus
Sgattick10 Posted June 20, 2023 Posted June 20, 2023 Khwaja without his form is the tuk tuk version of Pujara

That pitch and ground was more conducive for scoring quickly than this one.

So any loss of form even brief one will cost him the spot. That has been the case all his career since 2011. Atleast dropped 5 times from the side.

vvvslaxman Posted June 20, 2023 Posted June 20, 2023 Field set is spot on. And also bowlers bowl to field.
vvvslaxman Posted June 20, 2023 Posted June 20, 2023 Even Taylor is not happy with the scoring rate of Australia
vvvslaxman Posted June 20, 2023 Posted June 20, 2023 Good to see Aussie commies pointing out the flaws of their own team, own players from time to time unlike our commies who is in full on fan boy mode.
vvvslaxman Posted June 20, 2023 Posted June 20, 2023 These are harmless bouncers. They need someone like Archer in prime to shake this guy
Norman Posted June 20, 2023 Posted June 20, 2023 Is anyone's Sony LIV taking a long long time to load the match at the beginning? Also mine is glitching hard when I click on the highlights on the time bar...
vvvslaxman Posted June 20, 2023 Posted June 20, 2023 They have a short square leg, forward short leg. Both areas covered.
Frustrated Posted June 20, 2023 Posted June 20, 2023 M ali comes in and gets smashed 1st ball. By Head.
