mishra Posted June 21, 2017 Posted June 21, 2017 ^ Just like most Indians who dont want bilateral series, I too. Dont like Pakistan winning against us specially in each and every game that matters. But what I can make out from your post isyou seem to have given up on Pakistani teams chances in near future. Cheer up!

Cheer up! Dont see how you reached that conclusion. I am a Bangladesh fan, you guys are merciless towards our team but cannot accept when someone bests you - not just bests but humiliates and crushes you in the BIGGEST GAME EVER between your two sides. So a touch of schadenfreude. Edited June 21, 2017 by cuttermaster Typo Finer and Adi_91 1 1

So a touch of schadenfreude. Refer previous post. Honestly, dont care. Bongs have equal or more chances then Pakistan progressing beyond league stage. CT hosting by just in one country for past two occasions says a lot about "BIGGEST EVER" tournament. Even bilateral series are played on rotation basis
cuttermaster Posted June 21, 2017 Posted June 21, 2017 Ok. India did not care. It is arresting people for other cricketing reasons
mishra Posted June 21, 2017 Posted June 21, 2017 ^ There is a thread on it. You will get the answers there.

Lol I have been to Pakistan constently and I can tell you the passion of cricket is still there. Although watching a full cricket match there is hardly fun as the states or the UK. Yes some of what you say is true. People are more worried about there lives there than just cricket. Nearly every channel there has some politican talking. Assuring the country that everything will be ok. But with that said. Cricket is still the number one sport in the country. This win proves it. If it really never mattered to the people than this win would hardly ever be celebrated as much. Most of what you are saying seems like its more about you than the country as a whole. You say you have hardly watched any games for the last 6 to seven years. And yet you are here on a Indian cricket forum talking about cricket. Who are you trying to fool here? That last comment seems like a complete troll. India playing itself already happens. Just look at the IPL. International cricket is still here buddy. And it will continue to stay. This win will make newer generation of cricketers. I like the positivity...after all PSL is the only league to have turned a huge profit in its first year of it's inception while playing in a foreign country where as huge markets like BPL,BBL,CPL etc etc and even the biggest of them all took a couple of years to break even. Looking at how much this Champions Trophy win means to the average Pakistani solely on humanitarian grounds now losing it doesn't feel that much worse anymore. Like to here more positive news from your country especially the ones delivered internally Edited June 22, 2017 by maniac
maniac Posted June 22, 2017 Posted June 22, 2017 ^Just to be clear you understand UAE or Dubai or whatever is a foregin country unless you feel otherwise than I have no argument Tendu_10 1

Eventually it will happen unless there is 4-6 new teams from different countries who could compete with top ranking team. SL/NZ aren't preforming anything great or showing new talents so far, afraid they might go WI way. Has any new countries achieved test status in recent years? Cricket would go into league style if there is no more competitive teams to tour.

Without the money and govenment support those little teams will remain an after thought. They need bigger stage to showcase their talent, ICC has cancelled next year T20

Aussies might not be happy either. English got immediate CT sorted. Now time to make money via bilateral series. Thats what I think is root cause. What everyone says in speeches, might completely differ.

Who doesn't like a dominate Australia? Thats what BCCI has been saying all along. Give us all the money. Why do other members specially Pakistan need the money when they just won trophies without it. ICC is greedy Edited June 22, 2017 by mishra

So far, it is 405 million dollars US whereas the rest of cricket boards are getting below 200 million dollars US. One match of Pakistan-India alone in ICC, which is purposely put by BCCI with ICC in every group stages of ICC tournament, to make up for the entire revenue which goes majority of share to BCCI, and PCB the none. Greedy knows no bound i am afraid. Begging knows no limits. Shameful. Let there be an India Pakistan match and whatever money Pakistan generates you get to keep and whatever money India generates they get to keep. You people are not only thankless you are the biggest beggars too. Adi_91 1
Tendu_10 Posted June 23, 2017 Posted June 23, 2017 You guys get enough from the IPL BCCI generates majority of crickets revenue. Thats why it deserves more from ICC. ICC isnt some communist organisation. You get back what u put in. Why cant Pak fans understand that. Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk
Tendu_10 Posted June 23, 2017 Posted June 23, 2017 By that logic only India deserves to play cricket. Pakistan deserve the share of what they bring to the table. If Pak can generate more revenue then yes it should be given a greater slice of the pie. Pak has double the amount of population than eng n aus combined. The fact Pak is in such dire straits isnt anyone elses fault but Paks. ICC shouldnt give handouts to any nation just for the sake of it. World isnt a charity. No wonder Pakistanis abroad support socialist loonies like that nutbag Corbyn. all want something for free. Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk Rasgulla and Adi_91 2
