According to the charging documents, beginning March 2023, Patel and his co-conspirators, including at times Singh, set up and carried out staged armed robberies These were carried out at eight convenience/liquor stores and fast food restaurants across the United States, including at least four in Massachusetts. It is alleged that the purpose of the staged robberies was to allow the clerks present to claim that they were victims of a violent crime on an application for U non-immigration status (U Visa). A U Visa is available to victims of certain crimes who have suffered mental or physical abuse and who have been helpful to law enforcement in the investigation or prosecution of criminal activity. In the course of the alleged staged robberies, the “robber” would threaten store clerks and/or owners with an apparent firearm before taking cash from the register and fleeing, while the interaction was captured on store surveillance video. The clerks and/or owners would then wait five or more minutes until the “robber” had escaped before calling police to report the “crime”. The “victims” are alleged to have each paid Patel to participate in the scheme. In turn, Patel allegedly paid the store owners for the use of their stores for the staged robbery. These folks have crores worth ancestoral land whose value is depreciating but no education or possible employment. Way to US is only way to have reasonable hedge for these folks lacking in skill or education.

Met someone ( legal ) working as a waiter in Pakistani restauarant having worked 10 years for reliance in finance in Amritsar. Unemployed in Europe and now looking to do a course in Canada to migrate there. Life lacks meaning.

My benchmark for most civilized Hindu people are the people who are most proud and openly Hindu people. Which in India are gujjus. Worldwide number one in my experience are uggu gujjus followed by OG gujjus, followed by Mauritians. Tamils need more civilizing as of now Everyone is a crony capitalist, in fact whites are the most crony capitalists on the planet as a society. Gujjus just get more hate because rule of the game of success is, you always hate or find reason to hate the most successful. In India it's gujjus, in the west it's Jews. Ofcourse west is far less civilized so they have actual jew pogroms through history and not just soft bigotry like Indians. I am the other way round, I find the Indians I respect the most as a culture group today are Haryana is, Bihari and gujjus.
