Hope he keeps his head down and continue to improve, Gill has really regressed from that Gabba inns..struggling against any kind of movement.

His  county experience looked good. He shouldered responsibility under pressure in the middle.

No 3 shouldn't be an issue...he bats at no 3 for TN, sometimes even no 4.

Anyway I don't think it's mandatory for Gill to open if he continue to struggle against moving ball. Sai's calmness can be perfect foil to Jaiswal's aggression.
