Fatman Sharma is too smart.  He underutilized Kuldeep in bowling so that he could over-utilize him in batting.  He probably knew that our batting line up (incl.himself) sucks.

He should be in starting XI in every match  now that his batting has improved and also bowling speeds have improved. He should be sitting on 100 wickets by now given when he started his career. Axar patel played too many matches in place of him to cover the ass of "seniors"

Well that plan was shite any way - having a better bowler bowl on moderate/balanced pitches vs doing a 2 day roulette on surfaces like Nagpur 2015, Pune 2017, Ahmedabad 2021, Indore 2023 et al? What works better

If Akshdeep can bat a bit the dynamics change. With kuldeep's improvement in batting and one more seamer batting reasonably well INdia won't have to rely on 30s/40s from Axar.

akash can bat, but has not done well with the willow this season - could be the family tragedies

Unfortunately, it looks like if we are going with 3 seamers next match, kuldeep is the one likely to be dropped.
