Don't club all the 'right wings' in the world under one roof. Everyone of them has different perspectives, issues and history. Only thing common between 'RWs' is conservatism. What they are conserving is also totally different in each case. 

 

BTW The 'left wing' is equally hypocritical, hateful, illogical and violent. Not to mention their stupid arsonist attitude and appeasement of extremists among minorities (or whoever pays them).

I honestly feel bad for our diaspora overseas these days ... Post Gaza conflict the surge in Indian hate on SM and X has complicated matters.

Such peaceful law abiding citizens don't deserve this...  Both home grown Indian validation seeking RW and LW deserve belt treatment.

The Blacks, Jews and Asians have been facing such 'racism' for a long time in the West. Problem is the Indians try to be meek Ghandiwadi and donot stand up for themselves or their culture. They need to grow a thick skin and be united abroad. Protest against any kind of racism. This is an opportunity to rise and assert.

I'll do a post on the myth of "multiculturalism" in the west. Many goras hate it. Deep down they know the new world was conquered by the goras for the goras. they blame their establishment for their problems. Many non-goras are tempted by the "jaab opportunities and the lafstyle" of the west and their establishment uses this as a candy to trap souls for indentured servitude. Add loss of culture to the mix and the effects are in the negative for a civil population like us.

as Indians are often among the richest ethnic groups (certainly so in US), expect the level of distrust, hatred, exclusion, etc to grow in the near future

While there used to be jealousy earlier but there was some sort of respect as well... Indians are still regarded as peaceful law abiding people who can assimilate with local community easily... But that seems to have changed.

Australia Canada could be potential hate centres for us much before US.

Richard Nixon, another figure with a history of anti-Indian and Hinduphobic views, was also praised by Vivek for no reason recently. It's rare to see high-profile Jews, Blacks, or Arabs behaving in a similar manner. Unfortunately, many Indians seem to have an ingrained need to seek acceptance from white people, likely a lingering effect of the British Raj.

I would like to mention that Vivek is an American first not Indian. Many people in India have this false notion that children of Indian immigrants are Indian. While you can somewhat say the immigrants are still Indian, their children are not. They are Indian in race only. Some of them take pride in being Indian and even try their best to retain Indian identity but its actually hard for them to remain Indian being born and brought up in America and elsewhere in the west.

 

Almost a majority of them behave as Americans, have no connection to India other than visiting their relatives once a while and buying Indian ethnic wear for their parties. They were given the name ABCD (American Born Confused Desis) way before I landed in the US. Some racially aware of their kind call the whitewashed ones as coconuts (brown outside while white on the inside). It used to be funny but its not funny no more. #okboomer

 

Its almost a career suicide in politics if you don't brown nose (pardon the pun) whiteys. Its not limited to Vivek. Ann Coulter dated Dinesh D'Souza for all her Indian hate Its all a show folks. "Bobby" Jindal, "Nikki" Haley are Indians who converted or changed names. Atleast Vivek didn't go that route.....yet.

Its a product of false history taught to us by the anglos and their lackeys who ruled after independence. listen to Vikram Sampath's youtube clips. apparently islamic conquest started in 700 and India wasn't conquered by 1200. So why the delay when other parts of the world were immediately conquered. Even the whole of India wasn't conquered at all until europeans came here and it took them 200 years.

but after these 200 years, most indians became grade A bootlickers. When I was in Eng in late 70s & early 80s, their no. 1 univ was full of both: (1) such bootlickers; and (2) entitled whites who expected all of us indians to behave the same way as (1)

He openly talked about the Christian British Empire and Muslim Conquests of India being good for India.  Nikki and Bobby are bad too but they wouldn't suck up to scum like Ann Coulter the way that Vivek has. In that interview with Ann Coulter he giggled like a school girl when she mocked blacks then looked like he was gonna cry when she said she wouldn't vote for an Indian person.

Because the wrong history is being taught in school. And add politics that has stagnated India's growth as a nation and an industry that promotes brain drain to other countries.

You are preaching to the choir here. As much as we hate to admit it, this is just an end result of propaganda bearing its fruit not the cause of it. The cause is an anglocentric view of India and India can never do anything to please the west. India should buck the trend of looking after its own interests and when the west tries to act like friends, keep them at an arm's length.

I don't get the Vivek Ramaswamy hate. Is it that he dared to hope to represent the Republicans instead of the Democrats that irks people so much? He talked a lot more sense that almost anyone during the primaries. What Ann Coulter said was pretty normal for America though. I hope people stop parroting that it is the land of milk and honey and opportunity all the time. 

 

Experienced plenty of this crap in the US during my time there. Happy I don't live there anymore.

some versions of Indian history are crap. Back in my day, when we had the equivalent of A/O-levels (they were the Cambridge certificate exams then), likes of Shaheed Bhagat singh were written about as terrorists
