Some people like to pull down one person to prop another... as written by the poster himself

I never said you cannot criticize a player, but this thread was praise for Dravid and that poster just bashed a legend to push up Dravid. You can make a 1000 posts criticizing sachin or anyone else. Hope you get the difference now.

Multan declaration is ok, because before that we had never won a single test on Pak soil. History was on the line. We were also carrying scars from the SCG test earlier that year when we batted on day 3 morning, giving us less time to take 20 wickets.

I am sure Sachin doesn't mind these trivial things, media overblows stuff and is always on the lookout for masala. Even if Sachin had scored a 250 there, that Multan test would have been remembered only for Sehwag's iconic knock.

Sachin wrote about this in his book was literally crying on the pitch and didn’t talk to Dravid for some time after that.

Curious to know if he wrote "literally crying" in his book ?

What I read is that he said to Dravid "I don't agree with your decision. But that won't impact my participation for the team in any way. I will give my 100% on field, but off field I would need some time to overcome".

What a crybaby sachu bachu

That's the one good thing Dravid did.
