Ofcourse it did. We had real chance in last few overs only because of her knock.

 

It doesn't make it look, they just didn't. You think others did okay?

Shafali s problem is she gets out at the same place every time. Cow corner slog. She knows there are 2 fielders there but she still tries to hit there. She basically cannot play inside out and hence she becomes one dimensional. Same thing happened today. 
 

Smriti is the biggest mental midget. Plays well against minnows but against England Newzealand or Aus she becomes a kitten. Happened against nz and happened against aus.

BCCI need to blow the team up and make some changes. Clearly it's beyond this group to do anything different.

Eng and Aus are on different levels.

 

Ind has defeated Eng a lot. Series as well as in some tourneys (CWG semi).

Even spinners are horrible.  Ball doesn't even spins for them.

 

As bad as Pacers are they are decent as per their limitations

One another thing is this Mazumdar dumbass kept on changing no.3 batter. Different no.3 for different match. He turned it into a floating position. So players never got used to the role and failed there

Women's game this is a good knock. 30-35 ball 50 is just not a thing unless in rare occasions.

Bobzy the King has at least a decent WC2019 to his name... Mandhana is more like choker ABD in big events.

Dehat level coaching... Jugaad appointments for a reason.

Can't understand why Smriti is still part of T20. She always struggles to get a move on and wasted the PP overs. For women's team the PP overs are even more crucial as they don't have any ability to hit 6s. So make the most of PP overs and score as many as you can. And you can't do that with Smriti trudging along every match.

He kept Richa for the last 5 overs. We needed 40 odd from 24 with 7 wickets in hand. Very gettable. Then the usual collapse

Don't club AusW with anyone else. 

 

Ind was better than Eng during 2018-23. In the last 6-7 years Aus only lost to us in major tournaments.
