Keymer and Duda are his peers/potential contenders, good to see their partnership. Keymer and Gukesh are really good friends.....and Polish coaches have a free run in Indian chess since 2008, with amazing results.

Man these Chess conferences are so cringe.. I'd walk in half drunk and ask more useful questions

PCs in Russia used to be so good, check the quality of questions in 2012, 2014 (both candidates and Sochi), 2016. Here we have insta chapris, OF models, twitch eye candies and part time enthusiasts invited to ask questions. No real chess journalist.

Non-Russian journos like Leontxo Garcia, Ian Rogers used to be so good.

Hope Arjun or Pragg win next Candidates and challenge Gukesh. Chess was invented in India and it will be fitting to see us reclaim all the glory.

I hope this performance inspires Pragg and Arjun.

Bro, you checked the list of seconds of Gukesh, very formidable. Gajewski was there but also an entire army behind them.

These Carlsen dickriiders are worse than Sachin bhakts needlessly gloating about his greatness on every Chess platform and videos.

Carlsen's WCC legacy is beating a man twice his age when he was at his absolute peak and his opponent way past his prime (still had G6 of Sochi gone the other way, you never know?), then being unable to beat Karjakin and Caruana in regular classical portion.

Let us see if he has the guts to face Gukesh or these younger guns when he is 40+, age gap between them less than that between Carlsen and his predecessor.

Don't think he is coming back until the format changes tbh.

Format shouldn't change for one person. Let him stay out of it.

His legacy will be 5 WCC, two of them in tie breaks. Great still but same as that of half a dozen other guys. Our boys will surpass him sooner than many think, especially in classical.

Gora Commies were making Maaatam or what??

Burnol stocks at all time high :hysterical:

Certain section of goras was against speed chess when Anand was in his peak/prime days. Back then that lot used to downplay his rapid results to promote their favorites (compare Anand and Kasparov's speed chess titles in 90s and 00s....not even going to mention Karpov, Kramnik, Topalov).

Now they are pro-speed chess and anti-classical because of the wave of talent from India, Uzbekistan, China, Iran.

Tomorrow if we start winning in hockey, they will go back to grass turf. Bunch of shameless hypocrites.
