I think that was slightly different.  There, Topalov was very keen for a result before rapid, given he would have been a huge underdog against Anand.

Today was the opposite. Our lad was the underdog in rapid and grinded Ding down on the road to victory.

Agree with that. Just pointed out the similarity. 2010 was played under extremely hostile conditions, can make a movie about that duel.
