California was facing extreme drought for the last several months. No amount of water could have remotely stopped a fire that spread from 10 acres to 200 acres in 20 minutes or so. Nothing in the world could contain such a fire.

But if government actively promotes Bidet use toilet paper industry will come with all their might to prevent that. We went to costarica. They have banned the single use plastic.
