The last Telugu movie I watched in a theatre was Kalki. Even on OTT I haven't watched any new Telugu movies. After a long time I saw the Tamil movie Meiyazhagan(Satyam Sundaram in Telugu on Netflix) and the Malayali film Kishkindha Kandam(on JioHotstar dubbed in Hindi as well ). Both the movies are pretty good, you may like them too. @kepler37bb is the right person to suggest you Telugu movies. Trailers interest me more than movies these days. singhvivek141 1

Almost all movies have that DNA 1. Watch Naari Naari Naduma Muraari... 2. You can try Anaganaga oka raju...But that might not be to your liking. 3. You can also watch Daaku Maharaaj by our very own baalayya... 4. I would highly recommend Little Hearts..supposedly a feel good entertainer. 5. You can watch Dandoora, if you are ok with oppression/depression/suppression 6. Andhra King talooka is quite good. It's about bond between a fan and his hero. Upendra acted in this movies. Got VERY GOOD reviews, but bombed at BO. 7. You can watch K-Ramp, if you like some adult comedy . This has lot of below the belt jokes I only watched No.2 and 3. Others I am recommending based on Talk. You can start with No.6 I also recommend Bison. A well written tammie movie. The background is caste fights and NOT oppression. VERY WELL MADE. I watched and liked it. Edited February 23 by kepler37b

coffee_rules Posted June 10 Posted June 10 (edited) Sad to hear about director Bharathithiraja passing away. I read him better than. Maniratnam and his initial movies were really pathbreaking. His oru Khaidiyan diary was remade as Aakhri Rasta with Amitabh Bachchan in the lead. He actually. Paled in comparison to Kamal Haasan, who acted brilliantly in that movie. https://www.thehindu.com/entertainment/movies/bharathiraja-tamil-nadu-film-cinema-director-passes-away-chennai-hospital-reactions-updates-june-10-2026/article71083374.ece/amp/ Om Shanti! Stan AF Posted July 5 Author Posted July 5 I'm a bit late ( so please pardon me) another stalwart of Tamil cinema Mr. k Bhagyaraj ( prominent disciple of bharathirajaa sir) passed away on June 27th. Tamil cinema lost 2 great directors this last month. May both of them rest in peace. https://www.thehindu.com/entertainment/movies/tamil-actor-and-director-k-bhagyaraj-passes-away-in-chennai/article71153422.ece velu and coffee_rules 2

His movies were made in Hindi as well. Balchandee, Balu Mahendra, Bharathiraja and Bhagyaraj all directors with B were great directors
singhvivek141 Posted July 12 Posted July 12 (edited) I am surprised why no one put this movie in this thread. Instead of watching CrapASUR like Alpha, Maa Inti Bangaaram is more fun to watch. Though I dont like dialogue delivery of Samantha in here, seems she is barely moving her lips to speak Telugu...but the concept looks a lot better. Happy to see Gulshan Devaiah in a new avatar, boy is multi talented but isnt getting enough opportunities in Bollywood. Surprised to see Diganth after so long. For non-telugus, the title means "Idli shop" I saw about 3/4 of the movie in 23 installments. Horrible movie, totally avoidable, waste of time. Dhanush movies quality is going down, I used to like his movies earlier.

Though it suffers from same issues which in general the Indian movie industry is plagued with. Too much commercialization. Lord and Tillu 2
