BCCI agrees to host Asia Cup at neutral venue, India-Pak likely in same group

This was to be our tournament.

 

In the tournament,

 

We should not play Pakistan anyways. Even in eliminators. Give it a shot. The cricket world will adjust to another rivalry.

 

Our team should wear arm bands as  a reminder to the world to stand against terrorism.

 

Every other team should be requested to do so. 

 

May be even have a knee down gesture at the start every match.

Ideally we should be engaging with Pak and shaming them for being the Jihadi extremists that they are in one voice. 

 

What India lacks is a united Narrative against Pakistan and Islamic extremists. We still are confused and divided over it. RW and LW in India hardly agree on anything. This self bickering hurts our narrative Internationally. 

 

Not to mention stupid Brothelwood doing free PR for Pak from time to time.

 

Even paindu Jihadi Mirpuris living in UK, having latched on to the global Lefist-Islamist nexus, do far better narrative warfare than us.

On the brighter side, even if Pakistan is ruled by a mad hatter mullah like Asim Munir who wants to nuke India and half the world, cricket will go on because GOI is too weak and shameless to stop cricket lest BCCI gets angry. We will play cricket with the enemy even if we are nuked because sports is above everything (so is money!)

What money ? Bcci doesn't make a single rupee from Asia Cup.
