Hindu and Muslim TFR has collapsed in India simultaneously. Indian demography is stable except for the Hill states. As for Japan and other US colonies These are the places with one of the highest cases of prostitution and sexual assaults Okinawa Djibouti Kijichon (SK) Subic Bay & Clark Air base (Phillipines) Pattaya & Bangkok Rammstien & Grafen All these places have massive US military presence as well.

That's why I said only hill states are at European level of dangerously lower TFR and JK is India's lone pre dominant GC dominated state so their decline in TFR matches rest of the country. Overall country seems fine. Our population projection is also stable. Yes UC/GC will face terminal decline in their population which will bring it's own challenges.
