Political rivalry.  We are far ahead still this is one of the greatest rivalry in the sports .

Nope, it isn't, quality is garbage, just noise and unnecessary bhaav to those people. Only pumps their delusion of being sem2sem with us.

Only time India vs Pak was the greatest rivalry at something was in 50s to 70s when they were top 2 sides in world hockey and cleaning all major medals/trophies.

True, India was winning Olympics and Pakistan was winning world cups. Pakistan did have some great hockey players.

Was a tough chance IIRC.

They used to panic a lot near finish line back then. Something has changed now, they aren't as excitable. For them, problem throughout history was losing their **** once on top.

Yeah emotional bunch, it wasn't that tough but the short leg fielder panicked in excitement.

Shakib was very angry with him.

Can Iyer be dependable number 4.

You were right about him. Will always be a supporting cast, never the main lead.

Now this guy has been brought from nowhere to India's T20 captaincy. When Samson would have been the logical choice.

Iyer averaged 8 with SR of 50 in the 3 match odi series on flat home pitches against NZ C team, 6 months ago.  Not sure why he is still in the side.   He (in the current form) is as bad as SKY.

Bumrah and Siraj will destroy Bangladesh if they prepare wickets similar to the ones they recently prepared against pooks. Yes our batting will struggle too but we should be okay.

Our batting doesn't struggle against pace though.Even last time Miraz and Taijul were thebiggest headaches

Quality has nothing to do with political rivalry

Don't care about his failures in these bilaterals.  Bilateral bullies are harmful to us. Because he has close to 800 runs in the two ICC tournaments.

Political rivalry ko sports mein mat lao. Nobody gave a damn about Eng-Ireland football or rugby rivalry during peak IRA years. There must be quality to match the hype.

This will be plan of attack to Iyer in SA. First ball short  if he survives, bowl short again followed by full outside the line. Iyer will done.

Iyer days are out numbered now he is captain of t20 bowlers will attack him more

27 WC in RSA

28 T20 WC in Aus

28 LA Olympics may be similar to 24 NY pitch, usually these new venues have substandard pitches, with uneven bounce, where even trundlers from minnow nations become Ambrose.

Train crash waiting to happen as far as Iyer is concerned. He needs to show humility, keep his head down and put in hard yards. Bas bolne se koi Kohli nahi ban jaata.
