this whole squad looks incredibly dull and the only reason i am even bothering to watch this odi series is to see jaiswal get a proper chance

Yet again, we will be playing one batsman short going by the squad we have picked.  There's no hope for our ODI batting. They just never learn

They have gone pace heavy though and that's a positive

We need  both Reddy and Hardik Pandya for World cup.  They can share the 10 over between them.

yes and Axar as the sole spinner unless Kuldeep and Varun improve massively

Not sure whywe are wasting time with Sundar. Someone else can get a chance.

Mediocre batting in middle order.. average to below average bowling if he bowls.. Poor fielding.

Test match is over. Release him

What to expect: There has been plenty of rain in the lead-up to the game, with more forecast on match day. That should help the fast bowlers, particularly with the new ball, and make the toss an interesting call. While chasing has generally been the preferred option in white-ball cricket, the five ODIs played here during the 2023 World Cup saw three won by the team batting first.

It's always the better alternative in SENA - 3 pacers + pace allrounder .

Unless it's a very dry, spin friendly pitch , there's no point playing a 2nd spinner in SENA

My only interest in this game is Gurnoor Brar's bowling.

We need tall, hit the deck pacers in South Africa and Gurnoor is more accurate than Prasidh.

If Gurnoor is not picked then this game has no meaning for me.

We have the latest update from the ground, the toss has been delayed due to rain. The forecast for today's match isn't great with 60-70 % chances of rain. Lets hope it passes away soon.
