Barely a murmur in Aussie SM, most of them folks can't even name their players, just whining about how silly the sport is, and AFL talk. How do they do it every single time in every single sport? Aus and NZ punch way above their weight in sports. And are even the absolute best or second best in some sports, like Aus in cricket/swimming/tennis/cycling, NZ in rugby/sailing/rowing. There are many of them in NBA, UFC, F1, golf tours etc. All these countries have sports culture, culture of excellence, ambition, are very rich also, and ideal diet/nutrition. Hockey was unknown to Aus till Dhyan Chand's tour there in 30s. Then they picked up that sport, and are such a powerhouse today, lead India in H2H by some ridiculous margin like 100-25.
