Cheating scandal in England league cricket

Ignore the weird name this scandal has been given.  Not sure if Ponting was ever involved with anything related to cheating.

 

This player has screwed so many batsmen over many games by making this clicking noise as ball goes past the edge. Surprised it took these many games to find this cheating. Makes me wonder if this has happened in other places.

I play this kind of cricket on Saturdays but considering the recreational and amatuer level of cricket, some players take it way too seriously and sometimes forget the spirit of cricket, this is am example and also aggression, violence happen esp with inbred mirpuri pakistani teams.

 

At the end of the day its a game that people dont get paid to play, in fact they pay to play  people need to lighten up

And that makes me happy.  Hopefully he feels ashamed enough to stop coaching in the IPL, and I don't have to hear about him again. But the lure of the lucre is probably too much and some stupid IPL team will always be ready to pay guys like him and Langer.
