amits Posted February 28, 2009 Posted February 28, 2009 sehwag is the most destructive batsman ever to play cricket. he is the only player to have a sr of over 100 with a avg of over 30 in odis. and there is 0% selfishness in sehwags approach, he always plays for the team. even in tests, no other player, past or present has a avg of 50+ with a sr of 75+ in tests like the 52 avg & 78 sr of sehwag and :hatsoff: to SIR VIRENDER SEHWAG
fineleg Posted February 28, 2009 Posted February 28, 2009 ^ amits, when is the 400 score coming? :cantstop:

Lord Posted February 28, 2009 Posted February 28, 2009 i am a very very big fan of him.my 2nd fav player.wat i like about him is his uncomplicated approach n fearless batting.he always plays for the team, shown by the single he refused on 199 in galle.n he is happy for others, wen someother score a ton ,the biggest grin on the face is of sehwags.n he is very honest.wen he gives respect to players like SRT n Dravid,he means it.wen he trashes someone,he means it. u cant say enuf about him.a true champion:two_thumbs_up:
The Outsider Posted February 28, 2009 Posted February 28, 2009 But can he score against Himachal Pradesh - I will accept these accolades for him only when someone can show him averaging over 50 against Himachal.

Cricketics Posted March 1, 2009 Author Posted March 1, 2009 One of the reasons we lost this series = Dhoni for not bowling him if you are referring to the way sehwag kept hitting and got out, well he is an opener and he tried to give the best start possible, and he did that and he was sort of continuing that and got out. we had this big line up which failed to mesmerize people ove here, and they need to be blamed.
amits Posted March 2, 2009 Posted March 2, 2009 sehwag had a sr of over 200 in this series. the real reason for losing the 20/20s was quota-player rohit sharma in the 1st & dhoni in the 2nd. dhoni even underbowled himself again by not bowling a single ball even
