It solely depends on the individual and his belief system.

Religion is like what you say, its private part of your life, its persons choice, then these individuals get together on a forum like this, make it a gathering discussion on what their beliefs are and in details. having these arguments and debate on their faith in other words show their passion, unnoticeable to people with religion but the passion is notable by others around against the ideology. (so these passionate followers are not waving at anyone of their faith but distracting them due to their passion) parents have many right over its children after all its due to them he/she exists. that right is taken away from them as they grow and become mature. I feel the only solution or RATHER only chance we have for some sort of world peace in the future is for EDUCATION! If every child had the chance to a decent education and be able to make there own decisions as they grow in maturity physically and mentally,problems in this world would be cut dramatically.
