It also differs within my own family. For example, My dad is deeply religious, My mom is partly religious, My sister is mildly religious, and I am hardly religious DISCLAIMER: The adjectives are used keeping in mind the rhyming and my dad might not be that deeply religious and mom might not be that partly religious :P Does anybody else here have different levels of religiousness in the family itself. :hmmm:

Close your eyes 14+ Don't shoot the messenger ( FB comment ) Religion is like a Pee(nis) It's fine to have one. It's fine to be proud of it. But please don't whip it out in public and start waving it around or don't try to shove it down children's throats.

Totally agree! Religion is like what you say, its private part of your life, its persons choice, then these individuals get together on a forum like this, make it a gathering discussion on what their beliefs are and in details. having these arguments and debate on their faith in other words show their passion, unnoticeable to people with religion but the passion is notable by others around against the ideology. (so these passionate followers are not waving at anyone of their faith but distracting them due to their passion) parents have many right over its children after all its due to them he/she exists. that right is taken away from them as they grow and become mature. My Wisdom linking yours Rajiv but in different words. :icflove:

Religion should be a personal choice, unfortunatlely brainwashing by illiterate parents and supposed religious men is causing so much chaos hate and problems in this world!!!! I feel the only solution or RATHER only chance we have for some sort of world peace in the future is for EDUCATION! If every child had the chance to a decent education and be able to make there own decisions as they grow in maturity physically and mentally, problems in this world would be cut dramatically.
