Lord Posted September 10, 2009 Posted September 10, 2009 I think DK should keep also. Dhoni ki back ko jitna rest mil sakta hai miley. i dont think so.he had enuf rest.we need best keeper n Dhoni is that.besides Karthik is also a good fielder
Online Posted September 10, 2009 Posted September 10, 2009 Asked whether the players would be fresh or rusty due to the break, Dhoni quipped, "Depends on the match result. The way you want to take it. If you lose the first game you are rusty and if you win the first game you are fresh. :two_thumbs_up::two_thumbs_up: Dhoni roxxxxx
Texy Posted September 10, 2009 Posted September 10, 2009 wtf...why does M. Vijay gets selected over and over again??? I want Uthappa or Virat back in the squad! I hope Dinesh Karthik fails too.. worse player ever-- he only tries hard when it comes his selection
Guest gaurav_indian Posted September 10, 2009 Posted September 10, 2009 Did anyone of you watch that clip where dhoni was having a boxing practice with Gary Kirsten to strengthen his back?
Ram Posted September 10, 2009 Posted September 10, 2009 I have a feeling he will come good. He’s a plucky competitor. At the ripe old age of 24/25, this is probably his 6th/7th comeback into the Indian team. This guy keeps trying and never gives up.
coffee_rules Posted September 10, 2009 Posted September 10, 2009 Kohil will warm the benches. Looks like Dravid is going to play at #3. Oh No, welcome back 2000!
Guest Shivani Posted September 10, 2009 Posted September 10, 2009 heard that amit mishra is injured too ... and sonu sharma is replacing him ? true ?
Sachinism Posted September 10, 2009 Posted September 10, 2009 who is sonu sharma:dontknow: Exactly what I'm thinking :haha:
The Outsider Posted September 10, 2009 Posted September 10, 2009 who is sonu sharma:dontknow: Sonal Didi's brother?
kabira Posted September 10, 2009 Posted September 10, 2009 sonu sharma is highly talented. He can bat right handed, he can bat left handed. Can bowl left arm orthodox, can ball left arm chinaman.
DomainK Posted September 10, 2009 Posted September 10, 2009 sonu sharma is highly talented. He can bat right handed' date=' he can bat left handed. Can bowl left arm orthodox, can ball left arm chinaman.[/quote'] That sounds like Sobers.:omg:
vvvslaxman Posted September 11, 2009 Posted September 11, 2009 Most probably..Virat will be on the benches for this series. Karthik will be opening I believe. DK's choice would be no brainer. He did well in West Indies. Had two good outings. Played well. Rotated the strike very well. I would also like to have Kohli in the side. Only guy they can get rid of to include Kohli is Yusuf Pathan. Then the line up will look like this Karthik, Tendulkar, Dravid, Yuvraj, Raina, Kohli, Dhoni - 7 batsmen with Yuvi bowling 10 overs a huge risk though. Whatever extra runs Kohli can bring will be leaked by the extra bowler.
ViruRulez Posted September 11, 2009 Posted September 11, 2009 Karthik has done good in IPL and WI and should be given a few chances.. if he fails Virat can be given a chance.. I dont like the attitude of Virat though he seems to have good talent. I like Karthik's attitude as he seems to respect his seniors but Virat did not respect his seniors as far as I remember in the IPL
Aadhavzone Posted September 11, 2009 Posted September 11, 2009 no other go! praying my god, to make Karthik do a reasonable job! :eyedance:
newmanthepunter Posted September 11, 2009 Posted September 11, 2009 Tamil nattu singam Karthik..... GO ROCK :two_thumbs_up:
