I think it was their #11, Chicumbura else scored a fifty by taking a single.Then Chicu was seen heading towards the dressing room to acknowledge his team-mates cheers. Meanwhile the #11 got over excited , and he ran and hugged Chicu. He didn't inform the fielding side as he left the crease and Brendon wipped the bails off and he was given out. Chicu who was midway to the pavilion started to walk the rest of the distance followed by the #11. Taibu was in splits when he saw the pair walking back.:cantstop:

Murali was a idiot, was in a hurry to congratulate Sanga on his century, didn't even wait for the ball to get back to the wicketkeeper before he left the crease. McCullum's eyes were on the ball and didn't even see Murali reaching the crease and leaving it to congratulate Sanga. He collected the ball and took the bails off and appealed. On murali's defense, he saw the stupid leg-umpire strolling towards him, so he thought the ball was dead. But on leg-umpire's defense, he was walking to switch over to the other end for righthander on crease now. Look at the video: 6zgvjC9WUCs Fleming could have turned down the appeal, but it was crucial for NZ to win the test and square the series. So, all in all a very discussion. I supported Fleming on this issue.

Aadhavzone Posted September 30, 2009 Posted September 30, 2009 This is what happened. Mills bowled a short ball which Collingwood swayed out of the line for. It was the last ball of the over. Collingwood started to walk towards the middle of the pitch thinking it was the end of the over. Just as he started to walk, McCullum hit the stumps and appealed for a run out. The issue here wasn't whether Colly was out of his crease(he was). It was whether the umpire had already called 'Over' before the stumps got hit. After consultations and 3rd umpire referrals, Colly was given out. Vettori the katori walked to Colly, shook his hand and told him to stay on. Vettori should have taken revenge for the infamous Oval incident and now this largesse can lead to an English win dumping NZ out of the competition. PS - Harper might have overruled the decision in which case Vettori wouldn't be an idiot. You like more TIT for TATS it seems! Salute to Vettori's Sportsmanship, :hatsoff: though there are other two punters :punter:! :punter:1 - Mccullum - who appealed like an idiot & :hysterical: :punter:2 Umpire - A Big idiot to give it out! :hysterical::hysterical::hysterical:
