ViruRulez
I agree with the above mentioned squad. We do not need any changes except to bring a replacement for Gauti which can be either Vijay or Badri. Ojha bowled well and accurately although without much wickets and hope he is not dropped for Mishra. Link to comment

The only question will be is it 3 seamers (ZK, SS, IS) + Bhajji or 2 seamers, 2 spinners - I think MSD will keep 2 spinners for Bombay track. Link to comment

Sooda
HAHA^ A bit of a break for GG may not be a bad thing. Its the same as any of us taking time off work for a family wedding. Have a good one Gauti. Link to comment
Shane
Proposed Changes - Play with three spinners, open with Dravid at the dustbowl. Likely Changes - Vijay in for Gauti, rest remain the same. Link to comment
Ram
Big blow to our chances. But kudos to Gautam for putting family in front of profession. Besides, it takes a lot to skip a game, especially when you're in such red-hot form. Link to comment
hari504504
Big blow to our chances. Don't think so..all the batsmen have been in fine knick running into this test.. good opening for the likes of Vijay to show what they've got Link to comment
Sachinism
Don't think so..all the batsmen have been in fine knick running into this test.. good opening for the likes of Vijay to show what they've got But him consistently scoring at the top has helped our batting efforts a lot Link to comment
Karan114
No denying that it is a good opening for Vijay, but Gambhir is our best batsman at the moment and losing him is bad news. Link to comment
hari504504
Proposed Changes - Play with three spinners, open with Dravid at the dustbowl. Step in the wrong direction. We've no decent back-up for Sehwag-Gambhir opening combo. How long is Dravid going to be around.. we're 1-0 up.. no more excuses give the young guys a shot Link to comment
coffee_rules
time to blood young ones for test cricket. Shd ask Mr Wall to cool his heels for a test. Link to comment

Guest Hiten.
M.Vijay for Gauti and that's about it. Sree and Zak can use the swinging conditions prudently and then we have bowlers in Sehwag and UV who can extract the spin out of dust bowls. 2-0 here we come and no.1 ranking you belong to us :finger: :yay: Link to comment
