he is not skilled enough to be a no 4 or no3 bowler...he is a no 5 bowler expected to be better than yusuf, yuvraj or raina...in the bowling dept, he is utility player, nothing more. however the conditions were against the spinners. dhoni has to bowl him at the right time he cannot be relying on him in the death overs, but the captain has this habit of relying on bowlers with dubious skills in the death overs -yusuf, joginder,raina. Even if jadeja is not as bad as yusuf,he is no repalcement for ashwin or harbhajan. After the great error by misbah against joginder, dhoni has kept his false confidence Unless its some one like gayle who can fire it under the bat, you are better off bowling no1 to no4. but the problem in this tour has been the pacers are of poor quality and ashwin has to find his range in non asian conditions. i never had any confidence they will defend this score either. but the clueless selectors who keep selecting trundlers and poor fielders cannot see it!

Jadeja now has a FC batting average of 51 and a FC bowling average of 28! He now has better FC batting avg than Yuvraj (45), Raina (42), Sehwag (49), Dada (44) et al. Just for comparison with all rounders, Ravi Shastri had a FC batting avg of 44 and bowling avg of 33 :)
