ZodiaC Posted October 12, 2010 Posted October 12, 2010 God blessed us His 6th in tests and 7th overall. Now get the 300 :creep:
Rajiv Posted October 12, 2010 Posted October 12, 2010 Sachins 1st Double in 1999 Span of 21 years No Double for 10 years, then 6 in the next 11 just like his ODI, his first century came after 70 odd innings :hatsoff::hatsoff:
Asim Posted October 12, 2010 Posted October 12, 2010 Go for 300... (probably the only batting milestone he is missing)
Hindustani Posted October 12, 2010 Posted October 12, 2010 would had been averaging 75+ had he batted to his full potential in his early years and also had not thrown his wicket so easily so many times after making 150+
SachDan Posted October 12, 2010 Posted October 12, 2010 God blessed us His 7th in tests and 8th overall. Now get the 300 :creep: 6th in tests and 7th overall. Great knock :two_thumbs_up:

putrevus Posted October 12, 2010 Posted October 12, 2010 This must be one of his greatest knocks, came at 38/2 and stayed till 486 , congrats to a living Legend.

ZodiaC Posted October 12, 2010 Author Posted October 12, 2010 This must be one of his greatest knocks' date=' came at 38/2 and stayed till 486 , congrats to a living Legend.[/quote'] One of his best, but still maybe not even in his top 15. Says how great the man is
putrevus Posted October 12, 2010 Posted October 12, 2010 One of his best' date=' but still maybe not even in his top 15. Says how great the man is [/quote'] I would put this knock in his top ten considering what happened after he got out, how he was calming influence on Vijay and with no laxman, we would be staring at a follow on if not for genius. What I liked about this knock is he rarely was troubled and no airy shots except those two sixes. We are indeed blessed to see this great man in full flow.
goose Posted October 13, 2010 Posted October 13, 2010 Now Imagine the odds of someone going to see a testmatch for the first time and witnessing a Baasu double ... ball-by-ball at the stadium ... :--D Good on you! I was there for his Sydney double.
