The Dark Horse Posted October 20, 2010 Posted October 20, 2010 Man gotta feel sad for Dhawan. Waited for so many years and got a good delivery today. Hope he gets enough chances.. ++ People write off players too soon :headshake:
Cricketics Posted October 20, 2010 Author Posted October 20, 2010 No wonder tics didnt use caps for dhawan haha.. i noticed that when i hit the post thread. By default i think the first name in the thread gets fixed automatically and rest remain as it is.. anywayz..
gaurav92 Posted October 20, 2010 Posted October 20, 2010 :hmmm:' date=' so you want the Aussies to win. I see an agent here :sherlock:[/quote'] oopsy i typed it incorrectly there.Actually i meant "Not that i want India to lose"
jusarrived Posted October 20, 2010 Posted October 20, 2010 ++ People write off players too soon :headshake: never rated him , we have too many batsmen to waste time on likes of Dhawan ...hes a pretty good batsmen , but nothing special !
vaibhav_delhi Posted October 20, 2010 Posted October 20, 2010 never rated him ' date=' we have too many batsmen to waste time on likes of Dhawan ...hes a pretty good batsmen , but nothing special ![/quote'] ++ nothing special. anyways, still deserves applause fr making it to the indian team.
vaibhav_delhi Posted October 20, 2010 Posted October 20, 2010 interesting info: Tendulkar, Dhoni and Raina all got ducks on debut.
Cricketics Posted October 20, 2010 Author Posted October 20, 2010 290 To Win??? Ki Farak Panda.. Hindustan Is Too Strong.
Sachinism Posted October 20, 2010 Posted October 20, 2010 Raina is class, he's become unbelievably reliable.
Cricketics Posted October 20, 2010 Author Posted October 20, 2010 Raina is class' date=' he's become unbelievably reliable.[/quote'] Very true, today also in no time put hte pressure off from Kohli with some fantastic fours. He can bat first down, 2nd down, later down at tailender spot. Anywhere, and he scores at same rate.. Very handy cricketer.
Ram Posted October 20, 2010 Posted October 20, 2010 Any batting order that has Yuvraj, Raina, MSD and Tiwary at numbers 4,5, 6 &7 has to be very taken seriously, no matter who is playing in the top 3. These 4 guys are made-to-order material for ODI chases. It is no surprise that we sauntered to our target in the end.
Roshanrocks Posted October 21, 2010 Posted October 21, 2010 Kohli seems to have displaced Rohit Sharma
Guest Hiten. Posted October 21, 2010 Posted October 21, 2010 Man gotta feel sad for Dhawan. Waited for so many years and got a good delivery today. Hope he gets enough chances.. Good delivery ? Had he not left his feet in Delhi, he would've tackled that ball quite convincingly. Even the retard MSD did the same thing :headshake:

I think its high time we don't take you seriously now :finger:
Shakthi Posted October 21, 2010 Posted October 21, 2010 Raina Kohli are future not sure about Tiwary may be its too early to write him off.
punjabi_khota Posted October 21, 2010 Posted October 21, 2010 Raina Kohli are future not sure about Tiwary may be its too early to write him off. Are you serious ? ONE ODI (17 balls) IS TOO EARLY ? Cmon man, thats enough for me to make my judgement...:finger:
Ram Posted October 21, 2010 Posted October 21, 2010 Lol seriously ? Tiwary ? I think its high time we don't take you seriously now :finger: You don’t have to, niether did I ask you to. :finger: But all kidding aside, I love what I see. Don’t be fooled by his ugly technique and long locks, this kid is one the most combative 20 year old I have seen. To me, thats the most important thing to look out for in a youngster. There are dozens out there with all the talent and shot-making ability, but are they up for a fight? You dont have to look any further than another player of the same surname, Manoj Tiwary, to know what i am talking about. He's probably a more gifted strokemaker than Saurabh can ever be, but it was obvious that he couldnt take the heat of international cricket. Saurabh is just the opposite. He’s definitely the future of middle order batting for India in the ODIs. He’s pretty much like Raina, only bigger and more powerful.

maniac Posted October 21, 2010 Posted October 21, 2010 I am not so sure how confident I would be of this line up If this was a major toyrnament or a test match...Not doubting their talents but their temperaments or their Big-game appetite. Apart from Suresh Raina none gives that vibe of security...not even Yuvraj who has flushed all the talent. Kohli-Still hasn't quite stamped his arrival yet on a big stage. Dhoni-don't rate hm a match winning batsman anymore with his recent exploits Viay-See Kohli above Dhawan,Tiwary-cannot make judgements on their IPL performance I hope we don't become westindies and now Australia with Semi-talented players replacing the superior players
