Cricketics Posted January 31, 2011 Posted January 31, 2011 If you have certain phone with certain browser which can access the whole website instead of their mobile site, then you can easily watch the stream I doubt one would have to do all this though. It should be able to play your live stream on cell phone like how it regularly does these days just by going on m.willow.tv

OTH, I have to watch live via wireless with my laptop connected to my big screen TV which can and does buffer. I think I will go with the dishnetwork option and record all those matches I want to watch later. Dish also typically replays the games the same day in a more friendly time like PST evenings.

I watched an Ashes test on it while traveling in a train from DC to NYC and it would start to lag in areas of poor coverage, but by and large it was good. For $129, it's a really good deal because they are giving six months free from July to December which will have the India-England series and India-Australia series.

I used to watch India vs saf series odi's from my home to workplace every day atleast for half an hour in my car. It really is a terrific service by willow tv. @Shwetabh. a window popped up about the recent $129 package. I didn't buy that time. Will that offer be still available for us? and where have the mentioned about the streaming of other remaining series in the year free?

If you have decent speeds on the net, there should not be a problem connecting your computer to a bigger screen tv. I suggest using an HDMI cable which will have no hardware lag.

Without flash you can not even open a youtube video if you went on "www.youtube.com". It's a different thing that they have a separate youtube app. I still have my doubts on willow.tv streaming live world cup on their application. I will be very surprised if they did.

If you have PS3, like I do, you can simply watch the stream through that also on your tv. Works great.. Though espn3.com streams don't work, but Willow i guess have taken care of ps3. This for me is a real bonus. No hassle of connecting your laptop to tv.
