Manny_Pacquiao Posted February 19, 2011 Posted February 19, 2011 england up next, everyone knows what yuvi does to these guys 1129 runs in 28 matches at an average of 53.76 B->B->B-> [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yfqM9UFmMtE]YouTube - Yuvraj Singh 138*(78) India v England at Rajkot 2008[/ame] stuart broad and his bunny kevin pietersen will be there, should be enuff to motivate yuvi then again, will he get a chance to bat...:nervous:
Sid Posted February 19, 2011 Posted February 19, 2011 B->B->B->B-> 100 coming up and 3 wickets as well
Cricketics Posted February 19, 2011 Posted February 19, 2011 If only he gets to bat man. The way we are batting. It's hard for him to get a chance to bat.
b555 Posted February 19, 2011 Posted February 19, 2011 and with sachin missing out today , he will for sure will try to get big figures in england`s game anyways its good only even if batting doesnt come to him does no harm
Lord Posted February 19, 2011 Posted February 19, 2011 he MUST bat for long.hasnt batted at all in last 2 games.we need him in top gear by the time Q/Fs start
yoda Posted February 19, 2011 Posted February 19, 2011 With Kohli coming ahead of him, I only see Yuvi's contribution getting lesser. He will either come in with few overs left or with too many wickets down. Either way, not a good situation for him.
Pak_Fan_4_Eva Posted February 19, 2011 Posted February 19, 2011 Will he even find to need to come out and bat ?
ludhianvi Posted February 19, 2011 Posted February 19, 2011 Yeah, with Kohli grabbing the number four position and with Tendulkar, Gambhir, and Kohli not to throw their wickets away, it does not leave Yuvi without the much required match practice in the middle. The warm-ups and the opener were ideal to get that much needed time in the middle. His role in the side is a bit like here and there.. Not good enough to grab that number 4 position and when only a few overs are left, Pathan is the preferred choice. Puts him in a precarious frame of mind. The fact that he can bowl as one of the 5th bowler option is what's working in favor of him. Best of wishes for the upcoming games
Ranjha Posted February 19, 2011 Posted February 19, 2011 Guys the other teams are not Bangladesh. Against big teams like Australia, SA and even England, Pakistan..our batting will go down to the wire I think.
jibranpatel15 Posted February 20, 2011 Posted February 20, 2011 :finger: :finger: :finger: :finger: :finger: :finger: He is of no use in this INDIA team better play RAINE instead of him. He bats buts hardly scores runs, he bowls but hardly bowls economically and suppose he comes to the crease with INDIA needing 50 off 32 balls to go he will be of no use better send in BHAJJ ahead of him in such positions. :finger: :finger: :finger: :finger: :finger: :finger: :finger: :finger: :finger: :finger: :finger: :finger:
Aaku Posted February 20, 2011 Posted February 20, 2011 Cmooooooooooooon Yuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuviiiiiiiiiiiiiii !!! :cheer: :aha:
fineleg Posted February 20, 2011 Posted February 20, 2011 I dont know whether he will find his form or not. That is still a question mark. However, for India to go to Finals and perhaps win the WC, it is imperative that he finds form, else we wont do it.

HyroProto Posted February 23, 2011 Posted February 23, 2011 How's Yuvi's form these days.. ? If its not back..then he might not do well against England because like Mahela it seems that Yuvi's a guy who takes ages to get back in to form..if he has a lean period then it usual stretches for months... I personally think Yuvraj is an overrated player.. and a bad sportsman... remember how he behaved in the IPL.. but want to see him back in form cause one of the cleanest hitters in your team after Viru & Dhoni
vvvslaxman Posted February 23, 2011 Posted February 23, 2011 His 2nd favorite team could change his form. His 1st favorite team is in the other group.
sandeep Posted February 23, 2011 Posted February 23, 2011 if the YUVI plays more than 20 balls, england are in trouble.
