Flat pitch or spin pitch can backfire against the Indians when we play SL.

Flat pitch works fine for us.

Sanga's, Sam's and Jaya's are more workmen like players, rather than Yuvraj's, Sehwag's or SRT's who like to hammer boundaries. Shorter boundaries will also have a say, because SL will not get much two's, and won't be many chances to cut off twos from Indians. Small ground with a flat track, advantage with India.
