NareshK Posted July 25, 2011 Posted July 25, 2011 Yuvi in test matches in England is a walking wicket. He cant play swing to save his life. Plays too much away from the body and doesnt have patience either. He is fantastic in ODIs but test match player he is not.
zen Posted July 25, 2011 Author Posted July 25, 2011 He bowled pretty well in IPL IMO and was swinging the ball. Pace doesn't matter that much if you can pitch it up and swing the ball which RP can. He definitely is worth taking a risk on. Pace doesn't matter if you can bowl in mid 130s vs someone who is bowling in 140s or even express, if you have the right skills .... but if you talk about bowling sub 130s, then pace does matter esp. once the ball gets old and you need to reverse
Andy Posted July 25, 2011 Posted July 25, 2011 We'll Win the 2nd Test and Square the series. We won in 2007 at the same Venue, I think we can do it again. But a Lot will depend on Zaheer Khan's availability. We wont lose anymore test in the series.
